We provide services through your KEYTOP Merchant Assistant account. When you register as our user, you need to provide a mobile phone number to create an account and complete relevant online identity information (such as username, password, etc.). After you authorize login with your KEYTOP Merchant Assistant account, we will obtain relevant account information (such as username) based on your authorization.
2. To provide you with security
To ensure the security of your account, transactions, and system operations, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and our agreement rules, with your authorization, we will obtain your device information during your use of our products/services, including device attributes, connection, and status information, such as device model, device identifiers (e.g., IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/IP address/OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID, etc.), device MAC address, software list, telecom operator, device serial number, and other hardware/software characteristics.
3. Information we may collect indirectly
To complete identity verification, ensure account security, confirm transaction status, and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services, with your authorization, we may obtain your personal information from third parties (e.g., through your chosen transaction counterparties and directly involved third-party information systems, payment institutions, etc., collecting transaction and payment information related to transaction progress to process your orders and ensure smooth service completion). We will comply with legal and regulatory requirements and third-party agreements, obtain relevant information from KEYTOP Merchant Assistant's affiliates and partners with your authorization, and use this information after confirming the legality of its source.
4. App self-start or associated launch
To ensure the app can receive push notifications normally when closed or running in the background, this app must use the self-start capability. There will be a certain frequency of system broadcasts waking up the app for self-start or associated launch, which is necessary for implementing functions and services.
5. Network connection and service optimization needs
When you use mobile networks or connect to Wi-Fi, we collect your IP address, network type (e.g., 4G/5G/Wi-Fi), Wi-Fi name (SSID), and router identifier (BSSID). This information is collected to:
(1) Ensure basic connectivity of product/service functions, enabling normal communication between your device and our servers.
(2) Assist in rough location and parking lot identification when GPS and other precise positioning signals are weak, helping to quickly determine your parking lot range to provide corresponding services.
(3) Optimize network connection experience, diagnose and resolve network faults, and improve service stability.
6. Invoice issuance notifications
When you apply for invoice issuance, we will collect your invoicing information and email address. This information is collected to help you apply for invoice issuance and send related email notifications.
(II) Scenarios Where You May Choose to Authorize Us to Collect and Use Personal Information
To provide our services, you may choose to use our extended functions. We will collect and use the following information in accordance with legal provisions and based on your specific authorization. Such information will be collected in specific functions and business scenarios you choose. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of Parking Cloud Assistant.
1. Extended functions based on camera authorization
You may choose to enable the system's camera permission to authorize KEYTOP Merchant Assistant to access your camera through functions like taking photos and recording videos, allowing you to publish content via photos or videos. If you need to record and publish audio videos, you also need to enable the microphone permission. We will collect the information you upload and publish. You can disable this function in system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to use QR code login functions or submit work orders/feedback via photos or videos, but it will not affect your use of KEYTOP Merchant Assistant's basic functions.
2. Extended functions based on photo album authorization
You may choose to enable the system's photo album permission to authorize us to access your photo album by actively uploading images or videos, allowing you to publish content via uploaded photos or videos. We will collect the information you choose to upload and publish. You can disable this function in system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to submit work orders/feedback via images or videos, but it will not affect your use of KEYTOP Merchant Assistant's basic functions.
3. Providing invoice delivery services
When you need to issue an invoice, we may require certain information, including your name, photos, address, postal code, identity information, company information, contact details, and bank or payment transaction account information. This information helps us deliver invoices to you. If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to complete invoice issuance.

(II) When you use KEYTOP Merchant Assistant products or services, we may also use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your preferences for consultation or data analysis, improve product services and user experience, enhance advertising effectiveness, detect and prevent security risks in a timely manner, and provide better services to users and partners.
(III) We will not use cookies for any purposes other than those described in this policy. You can retain or delete cookies according to your preferences. You can clear all cookies saved in the software, and upon manual clearing, your relevant information will be deleted.

3. When necessary to protect the interests, property, or safety of KEYTOP Merchant Assistant, its affiliates or partners, you, other KEYTOP Merchant Assistant users, or the public within the scope permitted by laws;
4. When sharing your information is necessary to realize core functions of our products/services or provide services you need;
5. To handle disputes or controversies between you and others as per your request;
6. As stipulated in agreements signed with you (including electronically signed agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;
7. For academic research purposes;
8. For purposes in line with social public interests under laws and regulations.
(II) Our authorized partners may include the following types:
1. Software service providers, smart device providers, and system service providers.
When KEYTOP Merchant Assistant combines with third-party software, devices, and systems to provide basic location services, we may collect your location and device information based on your system location authorization and settings, and provide it to the system. In special circumstances, this may include additional personal information you fill in. If you refuse such collection and use, you need to disable related services in device settings; KEYTOP Merchant Assistant cannot automatically or manually disable related services.
2. Suppliers, service providers, and other partners.
We may send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners that support our business, including those providing technical infrastructure services, functional services within or linked to products, analyzing service usage, measuring advertising/service effectiveness, and providing customer service and surveys.
3. Parking lot management parties.
The Merchant Assistant you use is authorized by the parking lot to add your account. Your relevant usage information will be synchronized according to the parking lot's requirements to facilitate daily transaction management and control.
4. Financial, credit, and other partners.
Based on agreements and documents signed with relevant partners, or legal/regulatory requirements, mandatory government orders, or legitimate needs of financial/credit review institutions, your personal information may be comprehensively counted, analyzed, or processed, and results shared with partners to determine credit status, screen high-quality users, or reduce credit bad debts.
(II) Sharing Requirements
Before sharing information, we will conduct data security capability assessments of third parties sharing personal information, sign strict data security and confidentiality agreements with them, and require them to handle the information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and relevant confidentiality and security measures.
Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:
1. With your explicit consent or authorization obtained in advance;

4. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
(I) Storage Location
Your personal information will be stored within the People's Republic of China, except when you use KEYTOP Merchant Assistant products/services overseas requiring data transmission. If cross-border transmission is necessary, we will separately obtain your authorization and consent.
(II) Storage Period
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, KEYTOP Merchant Assistant will retain your information for the following periods:
1. During your use of KEYTOP Merchant Assistant products/services, we will continuously retain your information unless you delete it or cancel your account;
2. Upon deletion of personal information or account cancellation, KEYTOP Merchant Assistant will immediately stop using user information and anonymize it, but reserves the right to retain your information separately for up to 36 months;
3. After anonymization, your personal information will form data that can be used and circulated, and KEYTOP Merchant Assistant's storage and processing of such data require no further notice or consent from you.
(III) Security Measures
1. KEYTOP Merchant Assistant will adopt appropriate industry-standard security measures and technical means to store and protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction, such as SSL encryption for transmission, encrypted storage, restricted data center access, use of dedicated network channels, and network proxies. Your personal information is stored on password-controlled servers with restricted access.
2. We have established a personal information protection department and relevant internal control systems, applying the principle of minimum necessary authorization to staff who may access your information. That is, we only allow employees of KEYTOP Merchant Assistant and its affiliates who need to know such information to access or modify it after reasonable identity verification. We strictly require them to fulfill confidentiality and security obligations; failure to do so will result in legal liability or termination of cooperation with KEYTOP Merchant Assistant.
3. To protect your information security, if user personal information is incorrect, KEYTOP Merchant Assistant will strictly verify and confirm the applicant's identity before allowing access, correction, or deletion of relevant information (unless KEYTOP Merchant Assistant is legally required to retain it).
(IV) Special Notes
1. The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will try our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. However, communication methods such as email, instant messaging, social software, and transaction platforms with other users cannot be guaranteed to be fully encrypted. Please protect your personal information during interactions.
2. Please understand that due to the rapid development of computer and internet technology and synchronization speed limitations, various malicious or non-malicious attacks may exist or emerge. Although KEYTOP Merchant Assistant continues to strive to enhance and strengthen security measures to protect your information from accidental or destructive loss, it cannot guarantee 100% information security.
3. The systems, communication networks, and hardware devices you use for products/services are beyond KEYTOP Merchant Assistant's control. Please be aware and protect your personal information security.
(V) Security Incidents
1. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with laws and regulations about the basic situation, possible impacts, measures taken or to be taken, suggestions for independent prevention and risk reduction, and remedial actions. We will notify you through reserved contact methods such as in-app notifications, SMS, phone calls, or emails. If individual notification is impractical, we will issue announcements through reasonable and effective means.
2. We will promptly address system vulnerabilities, network attacks, virus infections, and network intrusions. In case of network security incidents, we will follow emergency response plans, take timely remedial measures, and report to relevant authorities as required.
3. If our physical, technical, or management protective measures are breached, leading to unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information and damage to your legal rights, we will bear corresponding legal liability.

KEYTOP Merchant Assistant respects your attention to personal information and provides methods for you to manage it. You have the right to query, correct, manage, and delete your information, as well as protect your privacy and security.
(I) Right of Access
Except for exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations, we strive to ensure you can smoothly access your personal information whenever you use our services. You can exercise your access rights through the following methods:
1. Account Information: If you wish to access or edit profile information in your account, change passwords, add security information, etc., you can do so within the product you use.
2. Usage Information: You can query or clear your search history and comment records within KEYTOP Merchant Assistant products.
(II) Right of Correction
When you need to update your personal information or find errors in our processing of your personal information, you have the right to make corrections or updates. You can do so within KEYTOP Merchant Assistant products or submit correction requests through feedback/error reporting. Before updates or corrections, we may require identity verification before processing your request.

2. In the following circumstances, you may request deletion of personal information:
a. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

KEYTOP Merchant Assistant provides a cancellation function within the product. You can access the "Settings" page in the app and click "Cancel Account" for online operation. Once canceled, you will not be able to use services associated with the account, so please proceed with caution. Upon successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by laws and regulations.
If you cannot access, correct, or delete your personal information or cancel your account through the above methods, or if you believe KEYTOP Merchant Assistant has collected or used your personal information in violation of laws, you can contact us through customer service or other methods provided in this Privacy Policy. For security, we may require you to provide proof of identity and justification. We will respond within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated or excessive requests, we may charge a reasonable cost. We may refuse requests that are unfounded, require excessive technical efforts (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to others' legal rights, or are impractical (e.g., involving backup tape-stored information).
